Sofia Vergara tops AskMen's Most Desirable Women 2012

Sofia Vergara has been voted as AskMen's Most Desirable Woman by its US users, though she hasn't quite found the same popularity across in the UK, placing at "just" 14. The annual poll saw Vergara jump from number three last year to top spot, the 'Modern Family' star beating out the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Miranda Kerr and Zooey Deschanel to the honour - though the latter gained a modicum of revenge in the UK by taking the top spot ahead of former 'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson in second and Daisy Lowe in third.

Vergara gave thanks for the nod on the official website US website of AskMen , reports Entertainment Weekly, stating "I am so honored to be AskMen's most desired woman this year. A big thank you to all the men who desire me." Other notable names on the US list included Blake Lively, who won the poll last year only to fall 31 places this time round, 'Twilight's' Kristen Stewart, who jumped from 90 last year to 27 this, and wife of PRINCE WILLIAM KATE MIDDLETON who came in high at 11, her bridesmaid sister PIPPA down at number 98.

There was quite a difference in the UK list however, with Pippa vaulting right up to number six, leaving her sister Kate behind at 10, and breakthrough singer Lana Del Rey taking fourth spot ahead of more usual inclusions such as Rihanna and BEYONCE.

Drake: "Common's Diss is just ploy for attention"

When Drake spat “Diss me and you’ll never hear a reply for it,” it seems he was telling the truth – as almost a month after Common dissed him on his version of Rick Ross‘s “Stay Schemin,” the Toronto hailing rap star has kept his mouth firmly shut on the matter.

According to his recent interview with NahRight, that won’t be changing any time soon; “That situation is not a ‘hip hop moment’ or a ‘battle for the sake of musical integrity’… It’s a ploy for attention around the release of an album.”

Drake went on to say, “More than anything it was just disappointing, ’cause what kid isn’t a fan of what Common has done for our genre. A guy who made such an incredible career for himself based off expressing genuine feelings about life and love is now targeting me for sharing my story.”

Common’s new album The Dreamer, The Believer is out now.

Adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott – JS Mega Softcell Cowboy Boots

When it comes to Jeremy Scott and adidas Originals, we’ve come to expect the unexpected, however when I saw this piece in the upcoming collection I was still a little taken aback.

Taking the infamous American Wild West Cowboy Boot, Jeremy Scott once again bends it to his will and emboldens the decor, sets it black and white and slams it atop a trainer, resulting in these JS Mega Softcell Cowboy Boots.

Scott has long proved divisive in the world of fashion and yet again people are wondering what the hell he was thinking when he came with this piece, however this is, like all of his other pieces, not for the faint of heart and meant only for those who are fearless and individual. You will find these at all good adidas Originals retailers from February.
