NEW MUSIC: Kendrick Lemar ft. Jay Z - Don't Kill My Vibe (Remix)


Only days after Young Guru previewed Kendrick and Jay-Z's remix of "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe" at SXSW, the collaborative track has officially hit the 'net.

The remix boasts two new verses from K. Dot and of course a new verse from Jay-Z.
"Up in the clouds/ me and my spouse/ rumors on the ground, getting too loud/ please turn them shits down," raps Jay-Z

During a recent interview with MTV, Kendrick spoke about his remix with Jay-Z, stating:
“That’s the big homey. It’s one of them things, you know, you live up to and one of them moments to really challenge yourself and say ‘OK, that’s how I come in. Always looked up to the greats to be a great.’ So to actually be on a track with him, it’s an accomplishment."

Lil Wayne is headed home from Hospital



It's been a rough week for Lil Wayne, but after six days in the hospital Weezy is finally headed home on Monday (March 18).

The Young Money rap star was admitted into Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after he suffered a seizure on Tuesday, but today YM president and Wayne's close friend Mack Maine broke the good news on Twitter. "Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!! @LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home....God is great," he wrote capping his tweet of with an emoticon of a pair of hands in the prayer position.

"God Bless.my son just release frm hospital.thanks 4 all tha luv.YMCMB.Richgang," Birdman then added.

The 30-year-old rapper's hospitalization at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center triggered media reports that he was near death -- rumors his associates were quick to squash. Few details about his medical condition were made public.
 
An online report that Lil Wayne was near death and on life support Friday cause panic among his fans and caused Twitter to light up with messages of concern.
